A Taste of Spring!

The weekend brought about really pleasant weather in NY so my sister and I took our usual stroll through Central Park! Surprisingly the lake was completely frozen but it still looked so beautiful! I always enjoy coming here to just relax and take in the scenery. I didn't want to leave and I plan on spending a lot of my spring and summer days soaking in the sunshine right in this little spot. Golden Girl

I've been taking a much more minimalistic and simple approach to fashion, beauty, and makeup. I really love a more natural, easy, and effortless look and this also applies to the jewelry and accessories I've been adding to my outfits lately. Casual Glam!

These photos were taken last week when it was a little warmer. I finally caved and bought myself a pair of boyfriend denim shorts. I haven't worn denim shorts since I was a teen and I'm definitely a little late on the trend considering it's now fall lol but I'm sure the trend will stick around for awhile!
