NYFW Day 1!

The first day of New York fashion week was filled with tons of freebies, lots of fashion, and loads of fun! My sisters and I stopped by the Allure Lounge right by The Empire Hotel where attendees were able to get free manicures, blow-outs, and gift bags to get them through the busy week looking fabulous! Afterwards we ran across the street to Lincoln Center where we snagged free green juices sponsored by Marie Claire and Juice Generation that were being handed out of a truck to all the fashionistas ready to start their day. I even spotted EIC of Lucky Magazine Eva Chen heading into Lincoln Center! Later on in the evening, my sister and I attended the VEVO fashion week event held at the Skylight Modern where there was an open bar and musical performances all night! Aimee Song Hosts Karen Millen Spring/Summer 2013 Launch!

On Thursday evening, I was lucky enough to finally meet fashion blogger Aimee Song of Song of Style at the Karen Millen NYFW store event in Soho! Aimee was the official host of the night to celebrate the launch of the Spring/Summer 2013 collection and it was truly a spectacular night! I have been a huge supporter and follower of Aimee and her blog for years and have watched her grow from an up-and-coming fashion blogger to a full blown businesswoman and designer! She has taken the blogging world by storm and truly inspires me and so many others to live out their dream and become successful by doing what they love. From collaborating with major brands to traveling the world, this fashion blogger and interior designer proves a girl can do it all! Blogger buddies like Jane Aldridge of Sea of Shoes and Nadia of Frou Frouu came out to support their friend and of course the super cool and stylish Dani Song was right by her sister's side taking pictures and greeting guests. I even ran into vintage bombshell Jasmin Rodriguez of Vintage Vandalizm! This was truly an incredible event and I'm so glad I was able to check out the amazing pieces from the Spring/Summer 2013 Karen Millen collection. I met so many new people and had so much fun chatting it up with the Song sisters about everything from Instagram to all the craziness that is New York Fashion Week! It was the perfect end to NYFW and a big thank you to Karen Millen and Aimee Song for a fabulous evening!

NYFW Street Style!

I took a little walk over to Lincoln Center yesterday afternoon and was surrounded by the likes of some of the biggest names in fashion! Coco Rocha, Anna Dello Russo, and Jenna Lyons were all dressed to the nines as they exited the shows at Lincoln Center. Fortunately I stopped by just in time to capture it all! I even got to see the stylish Margaret Zhang in the flesh and took the opportunity to take some photos of my fabulous sister in her chic fur coat! Hope you enjoy the photos!

Lulu's NYFW Style Studio!

If you didn't make it out to the LuLu's NYFW Style Studio event, you most certainly missed a great deal of fun! There were so many freebies and giveways and each event-goer walked away with a Lulu's item completely free! Each person received a Lulu's tote bag filled with goodies upon entering the event. NYX cosmetics provided free makeovers and there were so many booths filled with free goodies including makeup, hair products, and gift cards. I picked out a really cute red short dress as my free Lulu's item that I wanted to take home with me and it fit perfectly! I'm so happy I was able to attend and I can't wait for the next one!
